The sock manufacturer, Bombas, has a corporate mission to give away one pair of socks for each pair sold; that’s near 5,000,000 pairs of socks as of this post!
We applied for a grant to be a recipient of Bombas and were generously shipped 500 pairs of their awesome socks. These will come in handy during our time in Twin Cities homeless shelters this winter.
Its great to see there are companies that utilize as a central focus of vision to give back, as recognition that “to whom much was given, of him much will be required”
Thank you #bombas #beebetter

How cool is this? Gretchen has been a KEY contact person referring clients to us from Simpson Housing when they need a financial backstop. She has done a great job of vetting situations for us and connecting Threshold to New Life to situations in which we can help the most. Sadly for us, Gretchen moved onto a new position elsewhere and as she was leaving, sent us this card from her and her husband because they believe in and support the work we’re doing.
Simpson Housing is a key partner for T2NL, referring clients to us that are beyond their organization’s ability to help. One case worker called us their “last resort”. T2NL was able to step in and help this client and were recognized by Simpson Housing for the support we provided.
